Salary: Company offers a salary in the $55 - $80,000 range depending on skills and experience. Additionally, you will be provided with 200 hours of PTO after 90 days of employment and 401(k) with 6% matching after 90 days as well.
Leading commercial disaster preparedness, response and recovery company in the Southeast seeks to hire a Construction Superintendent to join their dynamic team located in Marietta. We are looking for a leader, someone who can react fast and take charge when disaster strikes. An individual who's passionate about bringing calm to chaotic situations and driving reconstruction efforts for commercial and high-rise residential properties across the city. In an attempt to allow our clients to stay in business during the rebuild, the majority of work is at night and over weekends. Potential to work late nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Little to no travel as projects are mostly local.
RESPONSIBILITIES...
• Ensuring all projects move quickly and efficiently
• Monitoring project's schedules, materials and subcontractors while documenting progress
• Visit projects
• Establish schedules and budgets
• Gather material specs
• Schedule crews
• Keep up-to-date progress reports
QUALIFICATIONS...
