Established full-service commercial real estate firm managing over five million square feet of mixed-use, office buildings, retail centers, flex properties, and land throughout the Southeast seeks to hire a Facilities Coordinator to assist with this multi-campus church property. Work schedule will be 7am - 3pm, Sunday - Thursday onsite, and on-call after hours.

Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the facilities of a multi-campus church are properly set up and supported for all events. This includes recruitment, coordination and supervision of the Campus Leads and part-time hourly staff. This position works closely with the General Manager and church staff. (S)he will assist the General Manager to establish standards and procedures to ensure excellent service.

Responsibilities...

Assist General Manager in the development and implementation of best practices, proactive standards, procedures, and checklists to enhance ministry
Build relationships and interact with church staff to define facility requirements for all events
Schedule and supervise Campus Leads and part-time hourly staff for all events
Perform regular inspections to ensure facilities and equipment are property maintained, and rooms arranged for all events
Coordinate with vendors on facility maintenance and project management
Have working knowledge of access control, HVAC programming and security cameras
Conduct inventory of supplies at Central Campus
Order and disburse linens for all campuses
Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications...

3 years of progressive experience in facility and/or event management
Relationship builder with proven excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be highly organized and able to prioritize effectively
Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with technologies such as work order and reservation software (i.e., Building Engines, EMS, Angus Anywhere, or Room Manager) and building automation systems (i.e., access control, camera, and HVAC)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Company offers a salary in the $70 - $70,000 range plus benefits. Bonuses are possible but not guaranteed and based on individual and company performance.
