Reputable and well-established commercial real estate company located in downtown Atlanta seeks to hire a corporate Marketing/Graphic Designer to manage the marketing efforts and support the sales staff.  This is a full-scope position involving everything from logo and identity design to production layout, web design, and print media.

You will be responsible for updating the Company website and there are approximately 30 staff members that will be coming to you for your assistance on various marketing pieces and creativity.  You must be able to deal with the multitude of personalities that can be demanding at times. 

Qualifications...

Proficient in all MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Knowledge of HTML.
Competent with MS Office 365
Working knowledge of WordPress
Understanding of CMYK- 4-Color Process Doc Setup
Commercial real estate knowledge preferred

Responsibilities...

Work within webpage and make edits to existing pages with supplied content.
Make continuous updates to property listings, press releases, market reports, and case studies.
Lead designer/producer of professional sales presentations to support sales associates.
Production manager and graphic designer of all collateral material, campaigns, service brochures, property flyers, RFPs, and all other company materials.
Ability to manipulate images to show possible signage for buildings
Strong writing and editing skills as this individual will be responsible for producing professional language for collateral, various web pages, and advertisements.
Company's PR releases will be coordinated through you for dissemination to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Atlanta Business Chronicle, and other publications (primarily real estate) to include various articles and/or comments requested on real estate or completed deals from clients and/or real estate market conditions.
Develop e-mail campaigns, manage subscribers, and release reports for various affiliates.
Compose and publish updates on social media (Twitter, company LinkedIn, and CEO LinkedIn).
Salary is $50,000 plus benefits including paid parking.
