Well-established company has an immediate need for an IT Support Technician on a full-time basis reporting to the VP of Development. The resource will support employees with technical issues. this position is remote and can reside anywhere within the contiguous US.
The successful candidate will be innovative, motivated, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented. You should possess the ability to communicate effectively and have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, along with written and oral communication skills.
Backup and archive based on expiration schedule
Hardware Management (Laptops)
Operating System updates
Warranty support requests
Hardware inventory and tracking system
Private Cloud RDP
Build custom reports/dashboards
Email to AT task configuration (automated tasks)
Troubleshoot failures between Email2AT and AutoTask
Review logs and troubleshoot failures
Eldermark, Vena, D365, Salesforce
Data Warehouse Support
Private Cloud Support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365
High school diploma or equivalent required
One year of related experience, preferably in IT Support, preferred
