At JRP Atlanta LLC, we believe in keeping our process simple and transparent. Our contingency-based fee structure ensures that you only pay when we deliver results - there are no upfront costs or hidden fees.

Our standard employer-paid fee is 20% of the candidate’s first-year annual base salary.

Fee Schedule:

Invoices are issued once the candidate accepts your employment offer. Payment is due within ten (10) days of the candidate’s start date, which activates our guarantee policy.

Billing & Terms:

JRP-Atlanta, LLC offers a replacement guarantee for candidates who voluntarily resign or are terminated for cause by the Employer within ninety (90) calendar days of their start date.

If such a separation occurs, JRP-Atlanta, LLC will provide a replacement candidate for the same position, defined as a role that is substantially similar in title, responsibilities, compensation structure, and work location to the original search. This guarantee does not apply to requests for different positions.

The replacement guarantee becomes effective on the candidate’s start date, provided that full payment of the placement fee has been received by JRP-Atlanta, LLC within ten (10) days of the candidate’s start date.

Replacement credits will remain valid for one (1) year from the date of the employee’s separation.

The guarantee does not apply in the event of:

  • Layoffs, reductions in force, or restructuring

  • Elimination of the position

  • A substantial change to the original job description, compensation, reporting structure, or work location

The Employer must notify JRP-Atlanta, LLC in writing within five (5) business days of the employee’s separation for the replacement guarantee to apply.

In addition, a placement fee remains due to JRP-Atlanta, LLC if a candidate introduced by JRP-Atlanta, LLC is hired by the Employer or any of its affiliates within one (1) year of the candidate’s initial interview, or if the candidate is referred by the Employer to another organization that subsequently hires the candidate.
