With nearly four decades of recruiting experience, Darrel Sefers has built a career defined by integrity, insight, and a genuine passion for connecting exceptional talent with outstanding opportunities.

Darrel launched his recruiting career in 1986 with Tempus Temporaries in Memphis, Tennessee, where he managed the warehouse staffing division and partnered with major clients such as FedEx and Wang’s International. In 1989, he relocated to Atlanta, working in several key roles before joining JRP-Atlanta in 1996.

 Starting as a Junior Recruiter, Darrel’s dedication, professionalism, and industry knowledge propelled him to Senior Recruiter and ultimately to Chief Financial Officer. Over the years, he has developed deep expertise in the commercial real estate and construction industries - fields where precision, trust, and long-term relationships are essential.

 Darrel’s approach goes beyond traditional recruiting; he focuses on building lasting partnerships that drive success for both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Meg is a devoted wife and mother to two busy boys. Faith and family are at the heart of everything she does, and when she’s not at the ball field cheering on her sons, you’ll find her enjoying time with loved ones and cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs.
