Proven experience establishing a PMO, including governance frameworks and standards. Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
Preferred Skills: Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of project management experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Strong experience working with senior leadership to align project initiatives with business strategy. Expertise in budget management, resource allocation, and financial oversight. Knowledge of emerging project management technologies and a passion for innovation.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager - Lead (PMO Team Lead) to oversee a team of IT Project Managers driving the strategic execution of projects across the organization. This is a leadership role focused on team development, cross-functional collaboration, and project success within a structured project management framework. The ideal candidate is a solution-oriented leader with a proven track record in IT project management, governance, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team – Mentor and manage a team of project managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
Establish & Maintain Project Standards – Implement consistent methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.
Strategic Roadmap & Vision – Define and align project strategies with overall business objectives, setting departmental goals and success metrics.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration – Act as a liaison between the PMO and other business units, ensuring effective communication and alignment with organizational priorities.
Risk Management & Problem Solving – Identify project risks and bottlenecks, developing proactive mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting – Provide senior management with insights on project performance, risks, and resource allocation through detailed reporting and analysis.
