We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in keeping our real estate development and investment projects on track. You’ll work closely with project managers, executives, and contractors to ensure deadlines are met, budgets are maintained, and quality standards are exceeded.

What You’ll Do:

Keep Projects on Track

  • Help create and manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones.

  • Organize and maintain project documents, contracts, and reports.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items.

Be the Communication Hub

  • Serve as the go-to contact for updates between internal teams, contractors, and vendors.

  • Ensure everyone has the information they need to keep moving forward.

Support Reporting & Tracking

  • Prepare regular progress updates for leadership.

  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and vendor invoices.

Maintain Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure projects meet company standards, industry best practices, and relevant regulations.

  • Assist in identifying and resolving potential issues before they become problems.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles (real estate, construction, or investment experience).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
