What You’ll Lead
As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of a large, multi-phase student housing development. Responsibilities include:
Managing the entire project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and turnover
Leading on-site teams, subcontractors, and project engineers across all phases
Overseeing quality control, safety compliance, inspections, and reporting
Conducting frequent jobsite walks to ensure alignment with milestones and budget
Running progress meetings and managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
Identifying issues early and implementing proactive, cost-effective solutions
Driving the project to timely, high-quality completion across multiple years
What You Bring
The ideal candidate has significant, hands-on experience delivering large student housing projects. Requirements include:
7+ years of project management experience in student housing or multifamily construction
Proven track record delivering ground-up projects
Strong knowledge of wood-frame, podium, and mixed-use construction
Ability to manage multiple phases and complex build sequences
Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Highly organized, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Procore, BuildPro, or similar tools
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
