Premier private sporting club and residential community in Newnan, GA (45 miles south of Atlanta) seeks to hire a Member Services Coordinator to serve as one of the primary points of contract. This role is essential to delivering exceptional member experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations across all club facilities. Amenities include hunting, shooting, fishing, horseback riding, hiking, and swimming.

Successful candidate will manage guest services, coordinate lodging and event bookings, oversee pro shop operations, and facilitate member activities in a premier sporting club environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Member Relations & Guest Services

  • Serve as a welcoming presence, providing exceptional service to members and guests.

  • Handle membership inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of club amenities, policies, and procedures.

Bookings & Event Coordination

  • Manage on-site lodging reservations for members and guests.

  • Coordinate hunt scheduling, shooting activities, and special events.

  • Ensure facility readiness and proper preparation for all activities.

  • Coordinate food and beverage arrangements for events and gatherings.

Pro Shop Operations

  • Oversee daily pro shop operations including merchandise ordering and inventory management.

  • Manage retail sales transactions using POS systems.

  • Maintain attractive product displays and ensure optimal inventory levels.

Facility Support

  • Perform basic facility maintenance and upkeep to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

  • Monitor club areas for cleanliness and organization.

  • Support weekend and holiday operations as scheduled.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.

  • Excellent multitasking skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Ability to rapidly become proficient with computer systems including booking platforms and retail POS systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a calm, professional demeanor.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.

  • Comfortable working in an environment where firearms and harvesting game are routine (no prior firearms experience required).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, club operations, recreational management, or retail is a plus, but not required.
